Surgical Facility Fees
To maintain the integrity of our surgical schedule and the highest standards of patient care, Ophthalmic Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery (OPCS) adheres to the following surgical payment protocol:

Payment Deadline: All surgical facility and anesthesia fees must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled procedure date.

Scheduling Priority: Failure to submit final payment by this 30-day deadline may result in the forfeiture of your surgical time slot and the reassignment of that date to another patient.

Refunds: Facility fees are utilized to secure specialized staff and supplies. Please refer to your specific surgical packet for our cancellation and rescheduling refund windows.
Skincare Products
Due to the clinical nature of our medical-grade skincare and for the safety of all patients, we maintain a strict policy regarding product returns:

Final Sale: All skincare products (including creams, serums, and kits) are final sale.

No Returns or Exchanges: Once a product has left our facility, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges, even if the item is unopened, to ensure the sterility and quality of our clinical inventory.

Damaged Items: If a product pump or container is found to be defective at the time of pickup, please alert our team immediately for a replacement.
